The first SINOTRUK 2025 training camp for foreign trainers comes to a successful conclusion

Recently, the first session of the SINOTRUK 2025 overseas trainers' camp for the African region (programme in China) was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong province. The programme welcomed twenty-five trainees from nine French-speaking African countries, who acquired advanced knowledge in automotive technology and management thanks to SINOTRUK.

The training programme offered comprehensive content covering the technical principles of SINOTRUK's various products, maintenance protocols, as well as sales and after-sales service strategies. It combined theory and practice, combining lectures by SINOTRUK technical staff and industry experts with hands-on application workshops.

Practical sessions were a central part of the training. Supervised by professional technicians, the trainees took part in the dismantling, repair and maintenance of various models of SINOTRUK vehicles. This experience enabled them to gain a better understanding of the internal structures of the vehicles, perfect their repair techniques and strengthen their ability to solve concrete problems.

In addition to the technical programme, SINOTRUK also organised team-building activities. These activities offered participants the opportunity to learn more about China's history, culture and social development, enriching their understanding of the country and improving their intercultural communication and teamwork skills.

This training has reinforced SINOTRUK's commitment to the African market. The trainees are now ready to implement the advanced technologies and concepts learned to better serve their customers in Africa, laying a solid foundation for SINOTRUK's sustainable growth on the continent. As part of its ongoing commitment, SINOTRUK plans to run three more Train-the-Trainer camps for the African region this year, systematically broadening and deepening the scope of its initiatives to develop a new generation of excellent professionals in the global automotive industry.
